TORRINGTON, Wyo. (Sept. 10, 2025) – Visionary Broadband has completed a brand-new fiber project in Goshen County, which will provide 5-gigabit speed to broadband-starved homes and businesses.
The project, made possible by the Connect Wyoming Capital Projects Fund, begins on the western edge of the City of Torrington and runs about five miles northwest along Highway 26 toward Lingle. In total, it adds 50,874 feet of fiber — nearly 10 miles — to connect 149 homes and businesses with high-speed internet.
The project reflects Visionary’s commitment to bringing future-proof fiber internet to the tough terrain of the American West, constructing a network that only needs to be built once to serve the community for decades to come.

Service is now available to residents and businesses included in the build.
