Visionary Broadband has signed an agreement to combine with Clearwave Fiber and Point Broadband, which operate together as Clearwave.
This combination brings together two independent, fiber-first broadband companies with complementary service areas and a shared commitment to reliable service and the communities we serve.
Visionary brings more than three decades of experience serving communities across the West, including some of the hardest-to-serve terrain in the country. Clearwave brings established experience building and operating fiber networks across the Southeast and Midwest. Upon closing, the combined company will span 17 states and reach approximately 700,000 homes and businesses.
We will continue building, installing and servicing our customers as we always have.
