Duties and Responsibilities:

Collaborate with other engineers and the CTO to design small, medium, and large sub-networks as part of the overall service provider network.
Design and maintain subscriber access systems.
High level network troubleshooting (routing, switching, mpls, bgp, ospf).
Install and configure network equipment.
Plan for network growth and carry out changes to the network to facilitate that growth.
Plan and integrate the network-side of company acquisitions.
Mentor junior Network Engineers and Network Administrators.
Delegate network-related tasks to junior staff.
Dealing with escalated network support issues.
Create clean and intuitive physical and logical network drawings.
Reporting to CTO and performs other duties as requested.

Qualifications:

7+ years’ experience, preferably in a service provider environment.
Passionate about networks and self-motivated.
Require little direction and handholding.
Advanced knowledge of network operating systems including Cisco IOS/IOS-XE and Juniper JunOS.
Advanced knowledge of BGP.
Advanced knowledge of MPLS and MPLS-based services.
Advanced knowledge of OSPF.
Advanced knowledge of QoS and differentiated services.
Solid understanding of fiber optic technologies.
High level problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to interpret data from network troubleshooting tools such as tcpdump and network traces.
Familiarity with network monitoring and SNMP.
Ability to use drawing software to create network drawings.
CCNP/JNCIP or CCIE is a big plus.
MEF certification or MEF knowledge is a big plus.

Job Overview:

Our rapidly growing retail business is looking for an accomplished, up beat and friendly individual to join our team as Network Administrator.

Duties and Responsibilities:

A qualified candidate must possess the following skills, or have equivalent experience and/or qualifications:

Carry out the configuration of routing and switching equipment according to a design.
Maintenance of network equipment including software upgrades, replacements, and configuration backups.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues with existing IP switched and routed access networks (non-core) (including OSPF, OSPFv2, BGP, MP-BGP, LDP, RSVP and MPLS), escalate if necessary.
Troubleshoot and resolve escalated customer trouble tickets.
Provisioning and maintenance of layer 2/3 customer services including DIA, l2vpn and l3vpn.
Monitor network performance to decide if changes may need made.
Participate in an on-call rotation. The rotation is typically one week per month, but can change at any time due to staffing changes.
Carry out scheduled network maintenances.
Other duties as assigned.

Visionary Broadband seeks a qualified individual to fulfill the role of Tower Technician. This full-time, hourly position will join the Wireless team at Visionary Broadband, a division of Visionary Communications, Inc., one of the top service providers in the region.

Tower Technician installs equipment on Tower.
Assembling electronic equipment in racks/cabinets, plumbing all RF, wiring.
Telecom installation of RF/ground/power/telecommunications cabling.
Completion of client and company checklists, photos, and test results typically communicated to management (emails, uploads to FTP, Web Interface, etc.).
Maintain network documentation with a very high level of accuracy.
Completing work that is assigned while on 240hour "on call" duty to resolve any tower-related or customer issues.

Job Overview:

As the Field Technician/Installer, you will install wireless internet and VOIP at customer locations, both residential and commercial. This includes, but is not limited to, basic router programming, installation of equipment (i.e., dishes, mounts, Cat 5 cabling, etc.), completion of work orders, and other tasks assigned by the VP of Wireless.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Represent Visionary Broadband in a professional manner, emphasizing excellent customer service performing wireless internet installations, repairs, removals, etc..
Must be able to physically lift up to 50 pounds.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, is necessary.
Possess integrity and a dedication to results.
Maintain professional behavior and proper communication with internal and external contacts, including company and branch employees, managers, and outside vendors.
Interact with customers over the phone and in person.
Must have a valid driver license and be insurable to drive a company vehicle.
Must be able handle and climb a ladder.
Must be willing to travel within the region 25% of the time .

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent education experience.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Answer incoming customer calls regarding new service, products, billing issues, service questions and general client concern.
Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller.
Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call.
Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies.

Qualifications:

A qualified candidate must possess the following skills, or have equivalent experience and/or qualifications:

High school diploma/GED required (Associate degree in a business-related field preferred.
Ability to always remain professional and courteous with customers.
