What if my speed is slow?
Slow connection speeds can be caused by several things. First, make sure that no computers at your location are downloading anything during the speed test. This can cause a significant drop on a speed test because the available bandwidth is being used elsewhere.

If you're using DSL, try power-cycling your modem by unplugging the power from your modem for a few seconds and then plug it back in. If you have a router, try power-cycling that too. If your speeds do not improve, please contact support.
