Problems with Cookies in IE

If you get the error message 'Login failed' after multiple attempts and especially after clearing your browsers cache and temporary internet files; you may need to adjust your cookie settings in your browser.

Cookies are required by a lot of webpages, Visionary requires them for logging in. The default settings for IE should work without a problem. If you have additional security software on your computer it may have changed the settings to be more restrictive with how it handles cookies.

If you're using Internet Explorer
You can try adjusting the security/privacy settings yourself by going to Tools -> Internet Options and clicking on the Security and Privacy tab at the top, and lowering the slider to be less aggressive.

Alternatively, you can reset your browser's security/privacy setting to the default settings by selecting 'Default level' or 'Reset all zones to default level' in the Security tab and 'Default' in the Privacy tab.
