Problem: You want to access your Visionary email account on the Apple iPhone.

Solution: Configure the iPhone to check your Visionary email account using IMAP.

1. Tap Settings
2. Tap Mail
3. Tap Add Account
4. Tap Other
5. Highlight the IMAP tab and add the following information:
   Incoming Mail Server
   Host Name: pop3.vcn.com
   User Name: Your email address
   Password: Your password
   
   Outgoing Mail Server
   Host Name: smtp.vcn.com
   User Name: Your email address
   Password: Your password
   
6. Click Save

Next, setup outgoing authentication

1. Tap Settings
2. Tap your account
3. Tap Advanced
4. Set Authentication to Password

For any other domain, substitute your domain name and extension for vcn.com; e.g. wavecom.net, coffey.com, intrq.com, newwaveis.com.

The correct server settings for a Wavecom.net email address would be:

• Incoming mail (POP3): pop3.wavecom.net
• Outgoing mail (SMTP): smtp.wavecom.net
