Delete a Large Number of Inbox Messages using Webmail

To delete a large number of emails from an email account, use the web interface and the Empty Folder feature:

  1. Point your browser to http://home.vcn.com
  2. Click the login tab on the right side of the page.
  3. Enter your email address and password in to the webmail fields. Click log in.
  4. Click the Folders icon.
  5. Check the box next to the folder you want to empty.
  6. From the Make Selection pull down menu, select Empty Folder(s). Your folder will be emptied.

Note: Be patient, as deleting a very large number of messages in this manner may cause a delay of up to several minutes before your browser will respond.
