Removing Incredifind from Your Computer.

* CAUTION:  Please edit or modify the registry with extreme caution; removing an incorrect key or value from the registry can cause serious problems with your computer's Windows operating system.  Visionary Communications, Inc. is not responsible for any damage done while incorrectly following the steps below.

Incredifind is a piece of spy-ware that causes your browser (Internet Explorer, Netscape, etc...) to not be able to pull up web pages.

To remove Incredifind do the following.

  1. Click Start
  2. Click Run > type regedit
  3. Click Edit > Find
  4. Type Incredifind

When the search results popup, you will need to find the key with the word Incredifind in it.  Do NOT delete any registry keys without the word Incredifind.

Repeat steps 3. through 4. until the search results come back with the words finished search through the registry.

i successfully deleted incredifind spyware from my computer. and nothing broke. i didn't even have to format. THANK YOU VISIONARY!!! I love geeks now.

check to see if theres extra folder(s) in recycle bin
I found extra folders in my recycle bin when it kept coming back whenever I started IE. So you have to boot to DOS using F8 before windows starts. then use CDrecycled to see whats there, using dir/p/w. You might find other folders with a newer date than the base recycle folder; those are the target to DEL C:recyclename of extra folder
