Before You Call Technical Support . . .

Visionary Technical Support

  1. You must be in front of your computer.
  2. You must have the computer turned on.
  3. Try to dial up to the internet; write down any error messages that occur.
  4. If you get connected, see if you can view webpages by going to Internet Explorer. Then try visiting www.vcn.com, www.espn.com, www.yahoo.com. These are only a few examples of sites you could visit.
  5. You will also want to try to see if you can send and receive email.
  6. Re-start your computer and try again.
  7. Click Contact Us at the lower left of this page.
  8. Call 1-877-288-8389 (307-685-4121 in Gillette).  Our hours are Mon-Fri 8AM to 10PM (MST), Sat 8AM-5PM, and Sun 9AM-5PM.
