Qwest DSL Troubleshooting Guide

  1. Check Account in Plat and make sure it is active and set to PPP
  2. Power Cycled the CPE - This is the first troubleshooting step that must be completed
  3. Power Light - On or Off
  4. Internet Light - Green (Connected) or Flashing Green (Trying to find a connection)
  5. Check cables - at the CPE and wall jack.
  6. Reprogram CPE
